MIKE SHE Hotfix 11-07-2013

This hot-fix solves two problems related to MIKE SHE WQ/PT:
- Incorrect particle ID's in PT Registration Extraction dbf files in simulations with more than 999,999 particles due to insufficient field width of the ID column.
- Unintended SZ Mass Source input to Fixed Concentration cells.
